
Sweetened Condensed Milk Ingredients:
2 cups/420gm sheep milk(or other milk)
1 cup/185gm granulated sugar
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
This is a longer process (at least 1-2 hours) because the milk has to reduce while cooking over very low heat.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low to low heat, combine the milk, sugar and vanilla, bring milk to a simmer, lower heat, stirring constantly, continue cooking, until reduced by about half, bottle and refrigerate or portion out in freezer safe containers for longer storage :)
