Our Shetland sheep graze on natural pastures in a silvopasture style which incorporates native trees, and plants supporting not just our sheep, but a rich, and diverse fauna, producing the highest quality tallow. Known for their fine wool, Shetlands are a rare heritage breed sheep that also produce exceptionally pure, nutrient-dense fat that creates superior skincare products. They are a small, slow growing breed, so our supplies are limited, this tallow comes from our own farm flock - no animals were harmed for collection purposes. We believe in honoring the whole animal and finding meaningful uses for all parts, so supplies are very limited.
